For
Distribution Network Survey, Asset Mapping and
Consumer Indexing in
Dhenkanal and Anugul area

Objectives
Intent of this specification is to invite bids from the qualified bidders for detailed electricity
distribution network survey, asset mapping for GIS and consumer indexing.
After the survey and necessary digitization & mapping work, the information will be loaded into
Enzen’s GIS solution to provide a platform for further expansion. Data thus available on GIS will be
used for network planning and energy accounting. Enzen also envisages integrating the GIS solution
with Billing, Connection/Disconnection module, MDAS and other various systems.
Scope of Work
The scope of TOR is limited to survey and mapping work in Dhenkanal division.
The scope of work includes Network survey & mapping, Consumer Survey and indexing. Details are
as follows:
Network Survey:
i. Perform distribution network survey for GIS; collect network asset coordinates using GPS
instruments and collect attribute information as per given formats (See Annexure)

vi. Furnish the data in the appropriate electronic format (Shape file, MS Excel).
