It is, hereby notified for the information of all the students that the Elections for the INSTITUTE LEVEL
POSITION for the session 2019-2020 will be held in various Bhawans as per the following time schedule: -

Date of polling for Institute level positions | 13.04.2019 from 8-00 am to 1-30 pm in respective Bhawans
Counting of votes : 13.04.2019 from 3-00 pm onwards at MAC Auditorium.

03.04.2019 Corrections to be made by the Returning Officers (ifany) and Final Electoral lists to be displayed
(Wednesday) on the Notice Board by the returning officers and 0l copy of the final list be sent through email of
DoSw office id (afiieedelw@llq.agE) on 03.04.2019 by 3.00 PM.

04.04,2019 Filing ofNomination papers for Institute level positions in the office ofDOSW from 4.30 p.m to 6.30
(Thursday) p.m. on 04.04.2019. Nomination papers shall be available in the office of DOSW from 10.00 a.m. to
4.30 p.m. Prospective candidate will submit a self attested copy of latest Grade Sheet & proof of fee
deposit for spring semester 2018-2019 and show their ldentity Card along with his nomination form.
He/she is also required to submit a signed copy of manifesto and Election resume along with nomination
form, required document necessary for the position for which the election is being contested.

05.04.2019 Scrutiny of nominations by the Central Election Committee in of Students'

Counting of votes will be carried out in the MAC Auditorium under the Supervision of Chief Returning
Officer, Returning officers, Presiding Officers & Polling Officer and will start around 3.00 p.m.

Declaration of results by the Chief Returning officer.

BY DOSW OFFICE MUST BE ATTACHED IN THE TENTATIVE AS WELL AS IN THE FINAL ELECTORAL
LISTS BY THE RETURNING OFFICERS AS PER RULES FOR ATTACT{MENT OF'THE NON-RESIDENT
STUDENTS TO VARIOUS BIIAWANS.
