Key Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing: Plan and drive sales for the dealership by selling profitably and maximizing
value added services sales.
1. Conduct monthly sales planning in terms of target setting for DSEs, sales pipeline and
activities. Conduct regular reviews and take corrective action as needed.
2. Work proactively towards meeting monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
3. Conduct daily planning for all LOB deliveries to ensure timely deliveries and satisfied
customers including daily morning meetings for a team of 16 employees.
4. Keep abreast of latest schemes and offerings of competition on a regular basis.
5. Bring competitive intelligence and feedback, and ensure strong awareness of the
competitive activities
6. Ensure complete adherence to the defined sales processes and manage all system level
reporting and documentation as per company standards.

documents for different kinds of customers (individual, partnership, proprietorship, Pvt.Ltd.
Etc.), assess customer profile, credit worthiness, file processing, disbursement and file
dispatching
3. Competently handle revenue generation.
4. Make projection of future revenue generation capacity.
5. Coordinate with FI, RCU, CPA and Operations for deals
6. Kept self-updated on policies and trained the dealership staff.
