IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR SAVINGS CUSTOMERS

I. Revision of Cash Transaction Charges for Savings Account

Existing tariff structure for Cash Transaction Fee in select Savings scheme is being revised from 1st
May’18 onwards.

The free limits for Monthly Cash Transaction in all locations are being revised as under:

Account (SAPPM), Future Stars Account (SBFTS), Staff Account (SBSTF), Special Accounts
(SBAGT/SBGLT/SBSPL/SBWDN/SBPMS/SBSA3), SDTRS
ii. NRI Schemes include SBNRE, SBNRO, NRESP, NROSP, NROBN, NROFS, SBFRN, NRISL, SMBIA,
STNRE and STNRO
iii. All Burgundy, Priority Schemes will continue to be excluded from charging on cash
transactions.
iv. Other NRI Schemes to be excluded are (NREPM, NROPM, NREMA, NROMA, SBRFC, NROPI,
NREPI, PMSNE, PMSNO, NROFN, PBNRE, NRPBS, PBNRO, PBFRN, NREPV, NROPV, BGFRN,
NREWM, NROWM).

To promote digital transactions it has been decided to make the NEFT and RTGS transactions
(Branch and Online) free for all savings schemes
II. Revision of ECS and Cheque Return Charge Structure for Savings Account

ECS and Cheque return charges are being revised from 1st May’18 onwards.

III. Introduction of Standing Instruction Failure charges for Recurring Deposit Installment bounce and
Mutual Fund SIP bounce

Effective 1st May’18 for Domestic and NR savings customers in case of SI failure due to insufficient
funds in case of RD/MF SIP is being introduced

Charge w.e.f 1st May’18: Rs. 50 per instance of RD/MF SIP SI failure

Following Schemes are excluded from SI Failure charges for Recurring Deposit/Mutual Fund SIP bounce
charges:

PSNRO/PBNRE/NRPBS/PBFRN)
