How Double Glazing Works:
Computer controlled, the BDGL glass double glazing line bonds the two
sheets of glass to precise tolerances with a special dual seal around an
aluminum spacer. It can produce individual window is up to 2.7 by 1.8 meters.

building structure, typically at the floor line.
In the stick system, the curtain wall frame and glass panels are installed and connected together piece by piece .

14. Facade semi-unitized Curtain wall:
Semi-unitized curtain walls are suitable for smaller projects or larger projects that requires many wall conditions.
In this system, the mullion members are separately installed first, then pre-assembled framing units are placed
between them. These units may be full story height, or divided into a spandrel unit and a vision glass unit. Hybrid
system is advantage to use when for long span of two floors, which can be reinforced by steel.

15. Facade unitized Curtain wall:

This is the latest magnificent products in façade system. Prefabricated wall panels typically include a structural fram-
ing system, sheathing, weatherproofing, insulation and exterior wall cladding. Prefabrication provides added quality
assurance with fabrication under controlled conditions, reduce labor and construction schedule. Prefabricated panels
can be provided with a wide range of exterior materials like ornamental metals.

16. Facade spider curtain wall:

SPIDERGLASS is a modern solution for exterior bolted glass assemblies, which secures the glazing to support the
structure. The high-grade stainless steel fixings are designed to absorb all static and dynamic loads (i.e. the dead
weight of the glass, wind loading, snow loads and differential expansion due to temperature difference) and distrib-
ute them to the support structure.
SPIDERGLASS is now also certified as blast-enhanced as it has explosion resistant security glazing .It gives flush
appearance and Maximum transparency.

The performance of Double Glazing is for

25 years and it is guaranteed that there
will be no indifferences in performance by
that time. But then again, In any inauspi-
cious situation, if vapor originate between
two glasses, we will replace the glass.

We provide replacement warranty if the

Lock, Wheel, Friction Hinge or Pivot is
damaged.

If there is any leakages of water occurs,

we will remove the existing seal and seal
that part again.

In any unusual circumstances from our

side, if the glass breaks, we will replace
the glass within shortest possible time.
