- Reforms have been made in alia madrasha education management including the curriculum, personnel structure, examination methods, and pay scales. However, these reforms did not fully achieve the mission and vision of madrasha education in teaching Arabic and Islamic studies.
- More reforms are still needed in the alia madrasha education system. The reforms that have been made were practically necessary to integrate general education into alia madrasha education.
- Lack of sufficient knowledge among policymakers and lack of proper planning are major constraints in reforming the alia madrasha education system. Assigning inexperienced people to lead reforms has also created difficulties.

R 4) Do you think that government had strong commitment on the recommendations which were brought in alia madrasha education system? I Yes, some previous governments also felt necessity for recommendation in alia madrasha education system. But the alia madrasha education system was in worse condition during Pakistan regime. R 5) How far this comment is true that the reformations done in the alia madrasha were due to the pressure from donors. I No comment. R 1) What are the constraints in alia madrasha education system? I Lack of sufficient knowledge on alia madrasha education of the policy makers who are involved on this task and also lack of proper planning . I A) Those who will be involved in alia madrasha education system must be experienced on this issue. B) The policy makers should have knowledge on international Islami affairs. C) Only the meritorious should be involved in management D) Provide the facilities which are like in primary education of general education viz. ibtedaie education, teachers training and removal of disparity in higher education and in employment. E) Due to not taking proper steps with the opinion of alia madrasha concerned persons. R 1. What reformations have taken place in alia madrash education teaching process? I No any single significant reformation was done in teaching process of alia madrasha education. But the reformations which were done in general education were applied in alia madrasha education. I There are very few facilities for training on creativity and subject basis issues for the teachers of alia madrasha teachers. Specially the Arabic teachers have no any facilities for training. Those who are engaged as class teachers on Arabic aren’t the degree holders of honours or post graduation. Like Arabic lecturers are not graduated or post graduated in Arabic from university. Even Arabic lecturers are not kamel in Arabic literature (Adab) . Most of them have become lecturer or assistant professor after passing the kamel in Hadit, Tafsir and Fiquah subjects. These teachers do not have the opportunity for any training whole over their life. Due to this the main objectives of the madrasha education are hampered. But intransigence must be ensured in the subjects of the Quran, Hadit, Arabic, Fiquah etc. R 2) What steps have been taken up till now to reform the madrasha education curriculum ? In some employment fields the madrasha students are treated to be isolated to get employment by declaration . madrasha education on the degree holders of this education in employment? E) Logical reformations in the text books to achieve the objectives of madrasha education. F) All other facilities including the development of infrastructures of alia madrasha should be looked into. G) There are only 3 government alia madrashas in the country. There is no any government alia madrasha at dakhil, alim and fazil level. At least one madrasha in each upa zilla should be made government. R 2) What recommendations do you suggest to modernize this education for easy entrance to employment of the degree holders of madrasha education? I Some logical initiatives can be taken with upholding the Islamic intransigence and with the ideas to achieve its aims and objectives . I ---------------------------------- R 4) Do you think that the objectives of integration will be achieved after the Islamization of Education and Knowledge? I The alia madrasha education was introduced in favor of British administration in 1780. To meet the scarcity of the people who can understand and have skills in languages of Arabic, Urdu, English, Persian and accounts the British established alia madrasha in Kolkata and they themselves took the charge of supervision. The Kolkata alia madrasha carried out that responsibilities successfully.
