QA/QC Requirements

1 Ensure that Method Statement, Materials and Drawings are approved and
available.

2 Verify and Check Setting-out ( Double check concrete Member dimension

as per the Approved Drawing)

3 Ensure that Starter bars are cleaned and overlapped satisfactory

Check the Reinforcement fixed as per the followings:

a. Number of Reinforcement
b. Diameter of Reinforcement
4 c. Stirup numbers and spacing
d. Tying of Rebars & Alignment of Reinforcement
e. Overlap of Reinforcement ( 50 D or 60 D)
f. Cleaness of Reinforcement from Rust , oil, debries etc

5 Ensure that Coupler/Pullout bars installed in required level as per the

drawings ( If required)

6 Ensure sufficient spacer blocks are provided for cover.

7 Ensure completion of MEP Works (MEP Conduits/ Sleeves/ Fixtures/ Box

out/ Earth Wire) and approved.

8 Ensure that all rubbish removed and air blasted.
