PROCEDURES:
Pre-lesson
Pupil is introduced to nouns.
Lesson delivery
1. Pupil is given the noun foldable.
2. Pupil is guided to complete the foldable by writing the nouns according to the categories and in
singular and plural for (M). Pupil is given a set of nouns and she categorise the given words
according to the categories in the foldable (L).
3. Pupil is called out at random to give her nouns.
4. Pupil’s discuss her answers with the teacher.
Post lesson
A list of nouns are written in the board and pupil is called out to categorise the nouns on the board
with the help of teacher.
Conclusion

Pre-lesson:
Pupil looks at the picture in textbook page 72. Pupil elicits what she can see in the picture.
Lesson delivery:
1. Pupil is guided to read through the lyrics. Pupil can ask if there are any words that she does not
understand.
2. Teacher plays CD2 40. Pupil can follow the teacher.
3. Teacher plays the track again and this time pupil is guided to move with gestures.
4. Pupil is given some time to practise the song
5. Pupil sings the song with gestures using the karaoke version of the song.
Post-lesson:
Pupil identifies the nouns in the song.
