a. Compare and contrast Mesopotamian and Egyptian societies, include: religion, culture,
economics, politics, and technology.

SMAR Level: This lesson will implement Substitution and Augmentation levels of SAMR.

• PowerPoint on Mesopotamia and Egypt: teacher will present a PowerPoint on


Mesopotamia and Egypt through a question and answer.
• Compare and Contrast Mesopotamia and Egypt worksheet: students will list similarities
and differences between Mesopotamia and Egypt on a Venn diagram.
• Take a quiz on Google Form: students will take a quiz on Google Form to gauge how
much they learned.
