nirantar means notstop ( meditation)

one way of doing nonstop meditation is karma sanyas


ie doing only bhakti (roopdhyan) and no other work of anyone else.
and in the other way of doing nonstop ie karma yog, one cannot do roopdhyan all
time. in this we do sadhana ( roopdhyan) for some time and we work other time.so we
get environment of world.
and environment will effect sadhak ( negatively) . it doesnt effect the guru.but
effect on sadhak will happen. no one can escape.
for eg if someone has wealth, he will have ego. if someone has big position, he
will have ego.
if someone has any skill, he will have ego. all this leads to ego but the
environment one gets that also disturbs sadhak mind negatively. so how to do
nonstop devotion while working with people.
There is one solution
That we do such practise that Shyamsundar is sitting in my heart. And this is a
fact. This is not an idea that we forcefully think that Shyamsundar is sitting ( in
heart) . This is a fact. Accept this fact. And practise this.
He is sitting inside my heart to NOTE my ideas ( thoughts) . remember also His work
( notting my ideas along with He is sitting in my heart ) . If ( we think just )
He is just sitting , then we will think ( what i have to do with him), I will do
what I want. No. He is sitting for me. He is sitting so that He can note (record)
my idea ( thoughts). We will to practise this watchfulness( mindfulness).
First practise ( watch , feel inside your heart that He is there AND He is
recording my thoughts) this once every hour, then once every half hour , for just
1 SECOND. then do work. This faith ( that He is in my heart AND He is recording my
thoughts for judgement ) should become firm by doing practise.
Just like we realize "I" all time at all places inspite of not having seen the "I",
in same way, we must feel God all time at all places. Accept Him from within. Not
just theoritical but practical.
This practise is complusory. It involves effort because of wordly disturbance
during work. So they ( people) will disturb this feeling ( in us) and we will again
bring back this feeling by effort. Again people will disturb this feeling ( in us)
and we will again bring back this feeling. This practise ( effort) will need to be
done.
By practising like this , one day it will become ceaseless ( nonstop) . But this is
a long journey.
When we will give up all work and do only bhakti (roopdhyan), then ONLY we will get
success because at that time , we will not get bad atmosphere ( ie environment
which disturb our roopdhyan ). We will not get such things in behaviroal world that
disturbs or bring tension to us. "He is lying. He is scoundrel ( treats me badly,
has no moral principles). He is CharSo Bees ( fraud or a trickster )." All this
thinking will not happen. Hence ceaseless ( nonstop ) roopdhyan will happen quickly
only when only roopdhyan is practised (giving up all other work interaction with
people ).
But till this situation ( opportunity of karma sanyas type 1) doesnt arise, as i
said ( ie practise of type 2 ), practise again and again feeling God is in my heart
and noting my thoughts for judgement.
(Verification of practise of both type 1 and type 2)
we will not do wrong actions because all time we will feel that God is sitting in
my heart for nothing my thoughts. And we want this Grace. So if we do wrong action,
then how will we get His Grace.
If we practise ( roopdhyan ) in solitude and get advanced in this practise ( what
is advanced stage is not defined by Maharaji. but his other lecture he has said
remembering God every 5 mins from every hour to every 30 mins, then 15 mins, then 5
mins etc), then outside world ( people ) will not effect much to the sadhak. The
sadhak will be able to continue his practise of feeling God.
