To help you complete the SWOT analysis on yourself, and to help in setting yourself SMART
objectives the following pro forma should be used. Each needs to be attached to Portfolio 1 in the
relevant place – Task3 and Task 4 respectively (copy and paste)

Careful thought will be required to assess what ‘opportunities’ are available to you to be more
successful in your personal and professional development goals. Finally, what is going to
prevent you from meeting your goals? What are these ‘threats’?
