BAKSHI Group
CODSO is the defence vertical of the diversified Bakshi Group. Today, the Group is involved in
a number of business verticals in engineering, automotive component manufacturing, prototype
manufacturing, designing and tooling, infrastructure development, as well as hospitality and
housing. The Group is driven by the strength of its 5700 employees, working across eight
countries, and has a turnover of $400 million.
The Bakshi Group is a conglomerate which has established a prestigious reputation for

ENGINEERING & AUTOMOTIVE

Continental Engines Limited is the parent company of the engineering and automotive wing
and is involved in automotive component manufacturing. It has two subsidiaries:

 Baxy is an OEM for heavy duty three-wheelers and small four-wheelers. It also
manufactures a wide range of single and double cylinder engines in Roorkie, Uttarkhand.

 Vege is an offshore vertical of the Group and a major producer of re-manufactured

engines.

INFRASTRUCTURE
Oriental Structural Engineers, established over 40 years ago, is one of India’s prominent
infrastructure development companies and an unrivalled player in the runway and highway
sector. The Group has constructed 42 national airports, the Indian Formula 1 circuit and
numerous highways and expressways across India.
REAL ESTATE & HOSPITALITY
Central Park is one of India’s top ultra-luxury real estate developers. Central Park’s upcoming
projects include Central Park III (integrated township of 300 acres, IT SEZ in Noida, Farm
houses in Delhi/NCR and other luxury properties in Goa). Central Park’s foray into the
