Heroes Knowledge Base (General FAQ)

What is Amazon FBA Heroes?

- Amazon FBA Heroes is an online academy dedicated to teaching and educating individuals
on how to build a successful profitable Amazon business. We are constantly striving to
improve our information and deliver the best possible experience, platform, and support to
those who are committed to changing their lives.

What is the goal with Amazon FBA?

- The goal is simple. First we use product research tools to find profitable products in
Amazon's marketplace that have a low barrier of entry. Then we find a supplier who can
manufacture and prints our logos onto these products for us. We then ship it to an Amazon
Fulfillment Center, and once our product goes live. We focus on getting reviews and ranking
our product to page #1. Once we enter the market and start making sales, Amazon will pick,
pack, and ship all of our products for us without us every having to see or do anything. Once
our product is successful, we move on to our 2nd product, until we build a powerful Amazon
portfolio.

Should I watch the entire course or work as I go?

- We recommend watching the entire course and taking notes so you can understand the
business model as a whole. It will help you understand why things work the way they do.

How does the Live Hero Chat Support work?

- You will be able to start a chat live with one of our Hero Supports by clicking on the blue
bubble on the bottom right of your screen as long as you are logged into the course
curriculum's website! If no Hero Support is available, you can submit a ticket where we will
get back to you in less than 24 hours, and more often times than not, it will be a lot sooner as
we try to get a response back to you same day if possible.
With Chinese New Year in February, should we be worried?
- Definitely not! There are 2 things that you will need to do. #1 is prepare accordingly to be in
stock and have your orders placed before your supplier leaves for the month. And #2, you can
seek out a new supplier outside of China, for example India, to supply you with the same
quality of products until your supplier gets back. Preparation is key but nothing to worry
about!

What is the general rule of thumb of knowing when to reorder inventory?

- There are two things we want to look at when determining when it’s time to restock our
units:

1) How many units are selling a day on average?

2) How long it will take for your units to reach an Amazon Fulfillment Center?

For example, if we are selling on average of 10 units a day, and it takes 10 days for our units
to leave our supplier’s warehouse and get to an Amazon Warehouse, then we would restock
when we reach 100 units.

If you are selling 15 units a day, and it takes 15 days for your units to get your to an Amazon
warehouse, then we would need to restock when we reach 225 units. So take the average units
sold a day and multiply it by the shipping time and you’ll come up with exactly when to
determine it’s time to restock our inventory!

How often does Amazon pay? Is the money in our bank account exactly on that
day?

- Generally, Amazon first settles your account balance 14 days after you register your seller
account, meaning that Amazon will either initiate a payment to your bank account or charge
your credit card on your settlement date. Subsequently, the settlement process repeats every
14 days.

If I run out of inventory, will I lose my rank?

- If your listing starts to lose sales, your rank will slowly drop. That is why it is important to
know exactly when it is time to restock.

What are hijackers?

- Hijackers are sellers who join your listing in order to sell and promote their own product.
When we have hijackers, our first goal is to remove them. We do so first by sending a cease
and desist letter. We do not want to share listings with any sellers.

What do I do if someone hijacks my listing?

- If someone hijacks your listing, meaning they join your listing and start selling under your
page, you can do 2 things. First thing is you’ll want to send them a cease and desist letter
(template in hijacker course lecture) And if they do not cooperate, you will want to purchase
their product, take a photo of it side by side with yours, with your logo showing, and contact
Amazon stating this is your product and you own rights to it. From there, Amazon will take it
down.

What is Amazon’s Contact Phone Number?

- Amazon’s Customer Service Number: 1 (888) 280-4331
