MOTION TO RESET HEARING

PLAINTIFF, through the undersigned counsel and to this Honorable Court

most respectfully states that:

1. On November 09, 2017, plaintiff, through counsel filed a Motion to

Admit Amended Complaint attached therewith was the Amended
Complain;

2. On March 1, 2018, we received an Order dated November 20, 2017

wherein the court notes that:

“IN VIEW THEREOF, the Motion for Leave to Admit

Amended Complaint is hereby NOTED WITHOUT
ACTION.”

3. With this, the undersigned is constrained to respectfully request the

Honorable Court to set for hearing the Motion for Leave to Admit
Amended Complaint, subject to the availability of the Honorable Court’s
calendar.

4. This motion is made in good faith and not intended to delay the
proceedings of the instant case.
 WHEREFORE, based on the premises presented, it is most respectfully
prayed that the hearing of the instant case be reset to another date, subject to the
availability of the Honorable Court’s calendar.
