advertised on Indeed.com. I have eleven years of experience as a Starbucks Retail Store Manager,
and I am confident that my experience with Starbucks will make me the perfect candidate for the
position of Operations Manager.

In my role as a Starbucks Retail Store Manager, I am responsible for leading, coaching, and
encouraging my partners to meet company sales goals, completing day to day tasks, and providing
customer service that creates the Starbucks experience for all customers. I am responsible for
interviewing, and hiring new partners, scheduling new partners training and ensuring completion
of Batista Basics through the Barista certification process. I have had the pleasure of promoting and
training more than ten barista to shift supervisors. My knowledge of the Starbucks business Model
has allowed me to grow my current store business my 20% in the last two years.
