When guest enteres the reception area our security person will ask for a perpous, like he/she come for a meeting, interview

In security we have two shifts one is morning to evening and second is evening to night. When shift changed all entry regis
handed over to another security guard with all the updatation.
Security person will maintain the all in/out entry for housekeeping, food vendor, all checks properly taken and recorded.

Security person will maintain the décor of reception and phone calls. He will transfer the calls to respective member.
After office timngs security person check all the lights, ac and make sure its switch off and all doors should be locked.
