Subject. : Exemption from Memo Circular No. 2002-005 (Suspension of the Issuaneé of Previsional Authority for, CPC Application of which is Pending Befére this Board) Due to the clamor of the Regional Directors of this Board that Provisional Authority be issued by them for expired Certificate of Public Conveniencs with Extension of Validity application of which is pending before them, this Foard hereby exempts all Regional Directors of LTFRB, except National Capital Region (NCR), from the effects of Memorandum Circular No. 2002-005. Accordingly, all LTFRB Regional Directors, except NCR, are now duly authorized to issue orders granting Provisional Authorily for an inextendibie period of ninety (90) days from the date of the issuance thereof, ‘This Memorandum Circular supersedes any and all issuances inconsistent herewith and shall take effect fifteen (15) days following its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation or the filing of thre (3) copies hereof with the UP Law Center, pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 41, dated 09 October 1992.
