to provide quality medical services at an affordable price to its target market. The company
opened ten multi speciality chain of hospitals in major cities of north India i.e. Delhi,
Chandigarh, Gurgaon, Shimla, Jammu, Ludhiana. The management believes in serving the
customer profitability and wants to build a long term relationships by offering them state of the
art services to its customers. Having completed almost five years of its existence, the
