 GRC demolition on exterior elevation.
 Gypsum Wall finishing on all rooms and hallways
 Demolition and rebuilding of the wall attached to the rocks causing moisture penetration to the existing wall.
 Reshaping of the parapet according to the approved shop drawing given.
 Exhaust system testing.
 Concrete plaster fixing specially on the bottom end of the wall and on corners.
 Air condition exit pipes replacement on all units at first floor. All pipes should be at minimum of size of 1".
 Building of concrete structure for the 2 unit suites on top of laundry.
 Installation of the approved items such as windows and elevators.
 Submission of ceramic samples for toilets.
 Replacement of project banners/bulletin with a bigger size and with contact numbers of the owner, consultant
and contractor.
