INTRODUCTION – This project is about the administration of
a government school. Administrative law refers to the law
relating to the administration. It determines the organization,
powers and duties of administrative authorities. So, this project
is about observing the government school authorities perform
their duties and management of organization. Administrative
law is the body of law that governs the activities of
administrative agencies of the government which comprise of
rule-making on legislation, adjudication, implementation of
public policy.
IMPORTANCE – The importance of this project is that it will
help us to know the minute details about the administrative body
i.e. school authorities. Administrative law is very important in
today’s time to handle the administrative bodies, to make them
work according to law. This project will also help us to know
that are the school authorities working as per the law or not?
METHOD ADOPTED – While making this project we will be
visiting our nearby government school of Noida and we will be
having interaction with the school authorities, questioning them,
having survey and also we will be making a short video of the
government school.
CONCLUSION – Finally we want to conclude that
administration in today’s time is growing widely; its awareness
is spreading day by day due to number of factors. And surely we
will be knowing some facts about administration i.e. government
school which would help us learn about its working and having
the video interviews and interactions with the authorities. Also
we are greatly obliged by our administrative law teacher Ms.
VIJAISHREE PANDEY ma’am who gave us the opportunity
to work as a team on this topic.
