REFLECTION PAPER #1

Impromptu speech is one of my greatest fear, actually speaking in front facing alot of
people is one of my weaknesses alot of people told me that I have this what we call stage
freight.
The recent activity which is the impromptu speech makes me so nervous I dont know what to
say and what to do during that time. My mind say that I can do it but during the impromptu
speech it self I got really nervous so I end up reading the notes I prepared and its a little bit
embracing for me.
While watch my self speaking I saw that yes its not that obvious that I'm nervous but some of
my sentence are grammatically in correct plus my unnecessary movements like my feet and my
hands im look like dancing while reading in front.
