****Remark for Notification of Unclaimed cargo regulation as below:

According to Finance Minister Regulation number: 53/PMK.04/2008,
any unclaimed/auctioned/destroyed cargo status at the port is
handle by goverment and to reduce daily demurrage/storage charges,
therefore we suggest to pick it up immediately.

*Since the dangerous cargoes will be reallocated from CY terminal to

outside depo within 3 days or less, it is strongly suggested to pick the
D/O 1 day prior vessel arrival and pick the containers from the CY
as soon as possible to avoid expensive charges.

Empty SOC with residual dangerous chemical/goods will be treated as

dangerous cargoes instead of empty containers.

It is the responsibility of the consignee to return equipment with
interiors clean and without any debris of any sort within. Consignee will be
held liable for any and all charges or delays caused by containers not being
returned in a clean condition, including any Customs Penalties that might be
imposed against the carrier.

Starting 1'st January 2012, Evergreen will impose following charges:
a. ADM charges with amount IDR 100.000 per B/L
b. 3rd Country B/L Fee with amount IDR 100.000 per B/L
c. DG cargo permit with amount IDR 200.000 per B/L
d. Request to issue documents (B/L, invoice etc) after 6 months of
vessel departure will be imposed charges USD 50 - 75 per documents.
