o Working as a Site Engineer with UNITED ENGINEERS in BPCL LPG Uran Terminal
Maharashtra from September 2018 to till date.
o Working as a Mechanical supervisor with UNITED ENGINEERS in BPCL LPG Bottling
Plant Wai Satara Maharashtra from February 2019 to till date.
Time Period: September 2018 to January 2019

Key Responsibilities: -
o Supervision, monitoring and coordinating of all Shutdown activities which include
maintenance.
o Coordination and liaising with owner /client for shutdown preparation and activities.
o Maintenance of all major static equipment’s like columns, vessels, heat exchangers,
heater, fin fan coolers, pressure vessels and HIGH Pressure equipment’s.
o Coordinate for NDT activities.
o Overhaul, servicing and inspection of Static Equipment’s.
o Hydro testing and pneumatic testing for high pressure vessels and shell and tube side of
Heat Exchangers, fin-fan coolers.
o Supervision of scaffolding erection safe for use in Heaters, Columns, Vessels.
o Aware with permit procedure (Hot work & Cold work) lock out, vessel entry, excavation
permit etc.
 o Supervised cleaning & inspection job in Heaters, supervised Refractory job in Heater.
o Final handover of shutdown activities and documents.
o Handling all construction activities providing technical inputs for methodologies of
construction & coordination with site management.
o Material arrangement as per site requirement.
o Deployment of manpower and resources requirement for the completion of job within the
time.
o Monitoring and surveillance for the status of spools erected, pipe supports according to
the approved drawings such as Isometric drawing.
o Coordinate for NDT activities, witnessing all field test including Hydro test (HT), Dye
penetration test (DPT) & Radiography Test (RT), MPT, UT.
o Maintaining all quality records and document for the submission of client.
o Check the Calibration Certificates of Pressure Gauges, Relief valves and Manifold used
for the test.
o Clearance for releasing of Material from Stores as per the Isometric Drawing
Specifications.
Responsible for overall safety of men, machinery and material.

Working as a Mechanical Supervisor with UNITED ENGINEERS in BPCL LPG
Bottling Plant Wai Satara Maharashtra.

Key Responsibilities:-
o Involved in Scheduling, Execution, Monitoring & Control of given project.
o Distribution of work load to various workers.
o Conducting meeting with floor supervisor & foreman for smooth progress of Project.
o Follow up with Stores department for availability of Raw materials, machines, tools &
other consumables.

Worked as a Production & Quality Engineer with VERACIOUS ELECTROFAB PVT
LTD in Mahape Navi Mumbai.
