To all successful passers of the 2018 PMMA Entrance Examination qualified for the
PSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATION, please read the schedules and understand the guidelines as
indicated.
NEURO-PSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATION EXAMINATION

b. WHAT TO DO BEFORE THE EXAMINATION

 Online registration will open on February 15, 2019. Applicants need to register online to
secure a schedule. Onsite verification of attendancewill open at 6:00 AM.
 Visit the PSI website (www.psi-services.net) for online registration.
c. WHAT TO BRING DURING THE DATE OF EXAMINATION

 Registration Form together with the Payment Slip and one (1) valid I.D. (school ID or any
government issued ID)
 Two (2) pencils and erasers (Not sign pen)
d. REMINDERS

 Applicants must wear a PLAIN WHITE T-SHIRT with or w/out collar(Sleeveless Shirt,
Short pants and slippers are not allowed)
 Strictly, there will be NO changing of schedule.
 Applicants are REQUIRED to attend a briefing regarding cadets’ life in PMMA to be
conducted by the Commandant of the Department of Midshipmen Affairs.
 No late comers are allowed to take the test. All applicant-examinees should be in the testing
room at 7:00AM.
 Eat heavy breakfast. Drinking and eating inside the testing room are strictly prohibited.
 The use of mobile phones and other electrical gadgets are strictly prohibited during
examination. Mobile phones and electrical gadgets should be turned off while inside the
testing room.
 Psychological Evaluation-1 day only.
 Parents are STRICTLY PROHIBITED inside the testing room.
 Applicants are only allowed to take the examination ONCE.
 Applicants have to pass the Psychological Evaluation, get the APPLICANT’S
ROUTING SLIP to proceed for the PRE-MEDICAL(HEIGHT, WEIGHT, ISIHARA,
SNELLENS ,DENTAL EXAMINATION) before he/she proceed with LABORATORY
EXAMINATIONS
 Violation of these policies shall be a ground for an applicant’s disqualification.
