The following table lists some of the bugs fixed in this cumulative patch, and the existing and post fix behavior of the impacted

The following functional flows are impacted with the January 2014 Cumulative Patch:
Upward Propagation in Service Request form: Closure of service request when tasks are closed with the below mentioned
profiles set at site level.
(a) Service: Auto Closure of Service Request = Yes.
(b) Service: Service Request Auto Close Status = Closed.
(c) Service: Task Auto Close Status = Blank.
Create SR API: Creation of service request using Create SR API for a valid contract with below mentioned parameters
(a) sr_creation_channel := 'AUTOMATIC';
(b) creation_program_code := 'PMCON';
Task creation from templates: Creation of tasks from task template with value for the profile “Service: Default Task
Assignee on the Service Request Tasks tab” set to an employee.
Debrief charge lines: Creation of debrief charge lines for service activities with “Create Cost” flag disabled.
Charge Lines:
(a) Creation of charge lines with costing information from Charges tab for service activities with “Create Cost” flag
enabled.
(b) Creation of charge lines from Charges tab for service activities with “Create Cost” flag disabled.
