2. differentiate monetary rewards from nonmonetary rewards;
3. adopt effective rewards system (ABM_AOM11-IIa-b-26).

The teacher will ask the students the following questions:
1. What are the reasons why employees organize a labor union?
2. State the steps in union organizing.

The teacher will also let the students to present their assignment given to them
the previous day.

The teacher will introduce the lesson for the day and then state the lesson

same groupings used the previous meetings). Each will be given a marker
and a manila paper where they will write their outputs.
The following are the tasks for each group. The teacher will choose a
representative from each group to present and report their output in front.
