ISTE Standard: Collaboration
● Meant to dedicate one’s time to collaborate with colleagues to create activities that are based off the
students real world experience or world issues going on that might be affecting the students due to
their generation.
● The educator should be open to co-learning with the student because this will build a strong
relationship between the student and teacher.
● Teachers should be able to diagnose and troubleshoot problems with technology.
● Educators should use collaborative tools to expand students real-world global/local problems, skill
building, and project design, by engaging with virtual experts.
● Being able to interact and respect people from various culture and being mindful of their differences.
● Embracing the cultural difference and using it as something new to learn.

Using Collaborative Technology: Quizizz
Quizizz is a platform where students can take online quizzes.

The students have fun because the website includes memes, colors,
music, as well as creates a scoreboard which gives a sense of
competition.

It allows for communication between the teacher and students


because the teacher gets results seeing where students struggled
and what needs to be revisited.
