Technical data
Berol 79 is easily soluble in most oils/solvents and gives stable emulsions with water.
Recommended addition is 4-7% Berol 79 in the oil/solvent. The stability of the emulsion always
varies depending on which type of oil/solvent is used, and also the amount of mechanical energy
used to form the emulsion.
Solvent based degreasing agents, like White spirit or n-paraffin’s, will have a very good cleaning
effect with an ad-dition of 3-5% Berol 79 . The degreasing agent dissolves the oil soluble soil, and
the following water rinse will create a spontaneous emulsion, which transports away the solvent
together with the soil.
Handling
Berol 79 should always be homogenized before use, unless the entire quantity is used.
