ACHIEVEMENTS
Succesfully drilled and safely in
2006

Daily operational rig cost rate was almost


70% LESS THAN the swamp barge rig cost
It has been proven that this modified system
can be reliably applied for shallow water
depth offshore drilling.

The daily operation rig cost of Serban-3 well


was cost efficient. In the future, significant
cost saving will become apparent.
