focusing on information and communication literacy. It aims to prepare students in High School to be
innovative and competent in the field of information and communication technology (ICT). For three (3)
years in existence and credibility, it has made remarkable impact and contributions to increase
knowledge and awareness in ICT not just in Davao City but also in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao with
the University of the Immaculate Conception (UIC), as being the pioneer partner school to include
other remarkable Universities and Colleges namely; Arellano University (in allits 5 campuses) in
National Capital Region, Siena College of Taytay in Rizal, St. Paul University in Dumaguete, Shalom
Crest Wizard Academy in General Santos City, University of Visayas (in all its 9 campuses) Cebu
City, Holy Trinity University and San Francisco Javier College in Palawan, Central Philippine University
in Iloilo City ,Sta. Catalina College in Binan Laguna, Sta. Catalina College, Legarda
Manila.Southwestern University in Cebu and just recently Binangonan Catholic College in Binangonan
Rizal.

With great determination and assurance, Make IT EZ is humbly asking for your kind assistance or
permission for us to conduct our ICT Assessment among the primary and secondary schools in the
whole City of CEBU. The assessment exam is ​FREE OF CHARGE​. Primarily, the objective of this
assessment is to gauge or validate student’s knowledge on ICT. For those students who will qualify
and wants to level – up their ICT knowledge, the company will offer an alternative learning program
tailored to student’s needs in a VOLUNTARY basis.

Rest assured you that proper protocol, channeling, and coordination among secondary schools will be
strictly followed. We will make sure also that NO INTERRUPTION OF CLASSES OR HAMPERING OF
ANY RELATED ACADEMIC ACTIVITIES WILL HAPPEN during the conduct of assessment of the
concerned schools.

In this connection may we request your good office to kindly allow us to conduct ​ICT Assessment
exam to your students to help our teachers be able to meet and gauge their needs for computer
training.
