My digital footprint:
The apps that I would use regularly are Snapchat,
Youtube, Netflix and Instagram.

A mobile messaging service from Snap Inc. that sends a photo or

video to someone that lasts only up to 10 seconds before it
disappears. During that time, the recipient can take a screen shot,
and the sender is notified that it was taken.

A DVD rental and Internet-based video-on-demand service

from Netflix, Los Gatos, CA (www.netflix.com). For a monthly fee
based on service level, DVD and Blu-ray rentals are ordered online,
and Netflix mails the discs within the U.S. with a postage paid return
envelope.

A free, online photo-sharing application and social network platform

that was acquired by Facebook in 2012. Instagram allows users to
edit and upload photos and short videos through a mobile app.

YouTube is a video sharing service that allows users to watch videos posted
by other users and upload videos of their own. The service was started as an
independent website in 2005 and was acquired by Google in 2006. Videos
that have been uploaded to YouTube may appear on the YouTube
website and can also be posted on other websites, though the files are
hosted on the YouTube server.
I spend about six to seven hours a week on all these apps I have mentioned

although I do think that I should cut down a bit.

In my house we watch TV through Eir or Saorview. I much rather Eir though

because I think there is a better selection of channels than Saorview. I watch
TV I think about 5-6 hours a week. I think that the amount of time that I
spend watching tv is not too bad because I exercise daily and so watching tv
I don’t think should affect me that much.

Forever 21, stylized as FOREVER 21, is an American fast fashion retailer
headquartered in Los Angeles, California.
Even though I use these websites I do not use them that much as I much rather to
go into town and have a look around. I also like to try on things so that I know if they
fit me or not whereas with online shopping you just have to take the chance if it will fit
you or not.
According to the World Health Organisation 58% of people will be obese by 2025.
I do believe that this comment is true because we can see it all around us
everywhere we look. There is an increasing number of fast food shops opening all
the time. This is why I think that this statement will probably be true unless we
urgently change our ways.
I exercise for about 8 hours a week. I think that this is a good amount for a child like
me to keep me skinny and fit. My parents exercise around six hours a week.
I think that post offices should not be closed down because what about all our mail
and bills now I know that I do not get bills but what about when I am older. Also to
add what about online shopping post men will need to deliver our shopping. If post
offices shut down this would lead to job losses. Lastly if post offices shut down what
would the older generations do like my nanas and grandas they do not understand
as good as younger generations like myself on how to work things that have
switched to online.
None of my parents work from home online and I think that is good because it gets
them out of the house and they’re active also it’s a bit hard for my dad to work from
home because he is a lorry driver and he has to drive so it’s impossible for him to.
I think that in ten hears time not everyone but more people will be working from
home as there are a lot of things that are going electrical no so I think that there will
be a greater increase in people working from home.
My average screen time each week is 12 hours 36 mins. I think that that is a bit high
and I should cut down.
To finish this essay I am going to discuss how I think that the internet should not be
turned off at nine o clock every night. I do personally think that the internet should be
turned of at night but not at nine o clock because I think that this time is too early.
Our internet is turned off at night but that is when my mam and dad goes to bed.
