Turning to the theoretical and practical productions of early program, as well as relative literatures, this
dissertation is devoting to evaluating student satisfaction in a quantitative way. Taking account of the gradual
promotion of students' position in the higher education and the important influence of teaching objectives and
contents on students, this dissertation conducts researches on student satisfaction from the perspective of
psychological contract between teachers and students. The full text is centering on the main content, the
dimension of the structure and the influence mechanism of the psychological contract between teachers and
students and then the coping strategies of student dissatisfaction were discussed. The arrangement of this study
is as following: Firstly, this dissertation has an overall review of literatures, and compiled the main research results
of psychological contract and student satisfaction, especially the contents and dimensions of the psychological
contract and the measuring indexes of student satisfaction which has been the theoretical basis of the
psychological contract between teachers and students and student satisfaction. It defined the psychological
contract between teachers and students and its main bodies, and made it clear. Secondly, on the basis of the
domestic and foreign literature reference work, this dissertation verified the hypotheses by the way of empirical
research and statistical methods. We adopted former questionnaire and on basis of it, a new questionnaire about
the fulfillment of the responsibilities, student satisfaction and students' learning behavior has been designed. By
the way of experimental research, we collected the relevant data by designing to track the experimental group and
control group. By the way of T test and regression analysis, we validate the effect of teachers' fulfillment of the
responsibilities on student satisfaction and students' learning behavior and the mediating effect of student
satisfaction. Finally, according to the results of data analysis, the research hypotheses have been verified. By
demonstrating the positive effect of clear knowing of the teachers' responsibilities on student satisfaction and
teachers' performance and the positive impact of teachers' performance on student satisfaction and students'
learning behavior, we understand the important significance of the psychological contract between teachers and
students and we grasp the key points of improving student
