1. Feeder Store to Feeder Store T.M.

Generation:- As this issue

raised many times earlier also that while generating Transfer Memo
(T.M.) to any our SE's/SU's it is found that many time T.M. generated
to Feeder Stores to Feeder Stores in-spite Feeder Stores to SE's
/SU's. Recently this issue was found in T.M. No. FEE-FEE_288-250
(Screen shot enclosed) .And due to this issue/error may lead to
mismatch in the quantity.

2. Value Of Transfer Memo: - While raising transfer memo, Gross

value/Total Value of TM is necessary for several formalities, as for
dispatching books to various destinations it is mandatory for us to
mention Total value of TM. But even after several conversation in this
regard the issue is as it is.

3. Transfer Memo Acknowledgement:- Transfer memo

acknowledgement is an integral part of the process of quantity transfer
from feeder store to our SE's/SU's but in CIM if any S.E./S.U.
acknowledge a T.M. there is "no notification or pop up will
come" at CIM handle of feeder stores. If S.E. acknowledges T.M.
quantity wrong mistakenly(if they acknowledge the quantity more or
lesser than actually supplied) there is no provision to feeder store to
correct their mistake or intimate to SE's/ SU's. This may also lead to
major quantity mismatch.

4. Correction in Transfer Memo:- Feeder stores does not have any

right to make any changes/correction in transfer memo once it has got
generated. Several times it is seen, that the indent and T.M. has got
generated as per CIM quantity and while checking in stores we found
different quantity, as the quantity of feeder store in CIM is not perfect
due to upper issues. Hence, TM Correction/Changes option in T.M.
is necessary.

5. Add Back Of Quantity:- If a sales emporium acknowledge

quantity of a title lesser than the quantity mentioned in transfer memo
then the excess quantity must be added back to the quantity of feeder
store . But recently in case of S.E. Lucknow they acknowledge one title
as “0” as that was not supplied to them due to certain reasons ,if any
one now try to indent that title they found its quantity as NIL in feeder
stores.

6. More Time Taken in TM Generation:- One more thing which

bother here after cliking on Save button for TM generation it takes
much more time to save, many times it takes upto 30-40 minutes in
one TM Generation.

7. Two Transfer Memo For Same Indent:- This is also found while
generating T.M. that two or more T.M. are getting generated for single
indent as the same issue was found while generating T.M for IRD-263

8. Transaction Report for specific book.

9. Quantity is not deducting after to-pay Sales for various sales
emporium.
10.Syncing of book between CIM and Publication division website is not
working .
11. SSL Certificate update.
12.Negative Quantity Issue randomly .
13.Code share for both CIM & website .
14.Qty Deducted twice after Tm Generation.
