AWARD FOR GOVERNMENTEMPLOYEES
5. The grantof loyalty award shall apply to all officials and employeesin the
nationaland local governments,including thosein government-owned and
controlledcorporationswith originalcharters,staoecollegesand universities,
judiciaryand legislature.

availabilityof agencysavings. Providedhowever, that thosewho have
theawardafterthefirst l0 yearsshall,uponreachingthe 15thyear,receive
thecashgift equivalentto the five yearsadditionallyserved;

Example:If a personreachedl0 yearsof servicein 1989andreceived

giftof Pl,000.00,heshallonly receiveP500.00in 1994whenhereaches his
vearof service.
