Tube Abrasive Water Cutting
High Pressure Water Jet Cleaning
Advantages
• Designed specially to clean Air Fin Fan Coolers (AFC)
• Was formulated to withstand high temperature, and not degrade when
applied to hot coolers, up to 95˚C
• Involved cleaning at low pressure and easy to apply, thus is very safe and no
risk of bending to tube aluminum fins
• Allowed for deep cleaning of tube bank interiors
• Cleaning agent contains no acids and no caustic, thus will not degrade the
aluminum tubes and shorten their lifespan
• Bio-degradable, thus is environment-friendly
Cleaning Process
• Applying the foam cleaning agent
• No actual cleaning occurs.
• Foam enables cleaning agent to contact and remain on ALL surfaces, particles, thus
allowing these particles to flow out freely during the rinse. including surfaces
between the fins.
• Cleaning agent then penetrates the dirt and debris, loosening light and heavy
• Fire-water rinsing
• During this stage, dirt particles are flushed out, visible foam and dirt will be removed.
• Rinsing continues until the water comes out clean.
• Cleaning agent is formulated with a conditioner so it can be completely rinsed off,
leaving no residue behind.

Cleaning by Dry Ice Blasting
Three Effects
Advantages
• Environment-friendly alternative to conventional cleaning
• Reduce downtime – Equipment can be cleaned without disassembly or even
during operation
• Time saving – Cleaning is much faster and thorough
• No need for additional clean-up or waste removal cost – It does not generate
secondary waste
• No risk of cleaning media entrapment in intricate surfaces, grooves, etc. – Dry
ice sublimates on impact
• Non-abrasive – Does not damage the substrate
• No water is used – Safe for working on electrical or water-prohibitive
systems/equipment
Applications
• Removal of contaminants - carbon, scale, oil, grease, paint, rust, sulphur and
process deposits
• Electric motor and generator
• Turbine, rotor and stator Dry Ice Spraying
• Plate heat exchanger Gun & Nozzles
• HRSG, boiler and furnace
• Convection bank and fin fan
• Valve, gear, screw shaft and pipe
• Pre-NDT surface preparation

Our Service:
• Pipeline Flooding
• Pipeline Gauging
• Pipeline Cleaning
• Hydrostatic Testing
• Leak Testing
• Dewatering
• Air Drying
• Nitrogen Services
1. N2/He Leak Detection
2. Pneumatic Strength Testing
3. Nitrogen Purging/Drying
4. Pipe Freezing
What Is N2/He Leak Detection?
• A system is pressurized with 1% helium
/ 99% nitrogen test gas mixture to 95%
of system PRV / design pressure, and
checked for leakage using a helium
sensitive mass spectrometer
• Any leaks found are quantified and the
exact location recorded for subsequent
repair and re-test
Why Helium Leak Test A System?
• Most stringent form of leak detection
available
• Pin point identification and accurate
quantification of individual leaks
• Proves the integrity of a system post
construction / post strength test
• Proves the integrity of a system after
inspection and maintenance work
during a shut down
• Creates a leak tight and inert system in
readiness for start up
• Provides plant personnel a safe working
environment
• Generates information for
environmental reporting.
