Final design based on the preliminary design as indicated in the Contract Documents

1 04 Products Delivered by Employer

Note: Describe in general material and products to be delivered by the Employer.
In detail, those items, if any, have to be specified in the individual Sections under
Part 1: 1 01 03 ‘Products installed but not delivered under this Section’!

1 04 01 Employer's Responsibilities:
01.0 Employer will arrange for and deliver reviewed Shop Drawings, Product Data,
and Samples, to the Contractor.
02.0 Employer will arrange and pay for product delivery to Site.
03.0 On delivery, Employer will inspect products jointly with the Contractor.
04.0 Employer will submit claims for transportation damage and replace damaged,
defective, or deficient items.
05.0 Employer will arrange for manufacturer’s warranties, inspections, and service.

1 04 02 Contractor's Responsibilities:
01.0 Review Employer reviewed Shop Drawings, Product Data, and Samples.
02.0 Receive and unload products at Site; inspect for completeness or damage jointly
with Employer.
03.0 Handle, store, install and finish products.
04.0 Repair or replace items damaged after receipt.

Note: Specify in the following Clauses any restriction, limitation, or obstruction
to allow Employer occupancy (e.g. work by others, use by the public, etc.)

the construction schedule and operations with the Engineer.

Note: Specify Employer’s intention of occupancy of the Work or portions
thereof, date(s) and/or period(s), and the reason (e. g. installation work by others)
in order to minimize conflicts to co-ordinate and schedule the Work.
