EXTENSION IN SUBMISSION OF BOI

COLLAPSE OF PBB AT IIAP ISLAMABAD

1. The undersigned along with Squadron Leader Farrukh Nawaz have been
detailed as co-opted member to assist in the Board of Inquiry being carried out to
ascertain cause of PBB collapse at IIAP Islamabad with effect from 1st December
2018.

2. The Board is required to submit the inquiry by 7th December 2018. The
proceedings of BoI have almost been completed by the existing Board members
which contains nine volumes of correspondence. In order to go through the complete
proceeding for understanding the factors attributing towards collapse of PBB,
reasonable time period is required to the newly co-opted member which is not
possible in the current stipulated time.

3. Foregoing in view, it is requested that an extension of a week may please be

granted to enable the new co-opted members to evaluate the facts in an impartial
way.
