OPERATING HOURS:
- 6am – 4pm UTC + 8 hrs (Perth, Western Australian time) Monday – Thursday
- 6am – 12 noon Friday
- Eastern State Admin team members hours will vary by up to 2 hrs.

These are the hours that admin crew will be available for chat interaction and Personal Messages. Outside these
hours, up to 12-24hrs response time for all messages. Admin at their discretion may be present outside these times.

Markets run 24/7. The head trader will still be assessing trade setups outside these times and on weekends. Should a
trade entry occur, all team members will be “called to duty”
