• I have put in a lot of time and thought into helping the students in this class.
• I am constantly helping the students have control of their drama club and executing their ideas.
• I have been able to work individually with small groups and provide feedback to their scene to help them improve.

• I could have been better at stepping back sooner and assessing the needs of the group and then pacing the club from their needs.
• I could be better at working with my partner teacher and involving her more in the lesson planning.
