PANGEA SERVICE RATES

CURRENCY RATE DESCRIPTION

Working hour EURO 70,00/hour Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00
Overtime week days EURO 90,00/hour Monday to Friday between 17:00 and 08:00
Weekends & public holidays EURO 110,00/hour
Travel time EURO 40,00/hour
Travel cost with company car EURO 0,85/km

GENERAL TERMS:

Waiting time is charged as working hour rate.

The minimum charge per job is 7 hours.

Project administration, preparation, coordination and report generation are an integral part of the scope. A minimum of one working hour
per order will be charged. Time spent over will be documented in the form of timesheets.

When the work is carried out onboard of ships at sea and in the event of overnight stay, then the minimum charge per day will be 12 hours.

Travelling expenses when not with company car will be charged at cost plus 10% administration fee.

Lodging and food will be charged at cost plus 10% administration fee.

Travel start location is PANGEA office Tuzla-Istanbul.

In case a customer’s representative is not available to sign timesheets, the PANGEA project manager assigned to the job shall sign on the
customer’s behalf, which shall be binding.

All rates are stated exclusive of VAT.
