Rules :
1. Applicable for ONLY GSQ members who is enrolled with GSQ on OR before 1st January 2019 and their children are residing and studying in
Qatar.
2. Parents are requested to submit PRINTED COPY of the neatly filled and signed form along with the copy of Yearly Assessment (mark)
sheet of their children in an ENVELOPE with student Name, Grade and school name written on Envelope.
3. Last date to submit the form and Yearly Assessment (mark) sheet is 1st May 2019. “Late submission will not be considered”. Application
Form is attached herewith. Application with missing document will be rejected.
4. GSQ Managing Committee will scrutinize Yearly Assessment (mark) sheet and will finalize Rank-List. In case of any objection / query about
the final Rank-List, contact directly President / Gen. Secretary and get clarification.
5. In case of ties with Yearly Assessment (mark) sheet or CGPA obtained, the subjects; Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, English, Hindi,
shall be compared in consecutive order written here.
6. In case of any dispute/tie, decision of President / Gen. Secretary will be final.
