Conclusion:

Formulations of acid slurry were prepared and evaluated for physio-chemical properties and were
compared with marketed products. Most of the samples physio-chemical properties were similar to that
of marketed products, with few exceptions.

From the reports collected from different hotels, hostels and schools, it was concluded that, all the
formulations were best suited for dish washes and is equally potent with marketed dish washers viz.,
vim, pril etc.

Whereas for hand wash, even though the samples were efficient for cleaning but they have poor
acceptance by consumers. Very few samples have been efficient as liquid detergent. Finally it is
concluded that almost all samples are useful as dishwasher but hand wash samples need little physical
modifications for acceptance and for getting accepted as liquid detergents still It needs some chemical
modifications.
