RELEASE WAIVER AND QUITCLAIM

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

                      That I,__________, Filipino, of legal age, a resident of Malabanias,

Angeles City, do by these presents acknowledge receipt of the sum of FIVE
MILLION PESOS (P5,000,000), Philippine Currency, from
______________, in full payment and final settlement of the sale of the
property subject of a Deed of Sale particularly described as follows:

WITNESSETH THAT;

“ A PARCEL OF LAND IDENTIFIED AS LOT _______OF

(land description); CONTAINING AN AREA OF TWO
HUNDRED NINETY SIX (296) SQUARE METERS, MORE OR
LESS.

WHEREAS, I, __________, acknowledge the sale of the

property covered by Transfer Certificate Title No. __________
subject of a Deed of Sale dated 19 March 2018;

WHEREAS, the aforementioned land was sold to Spouses

_______________ for FIVE MILLION PESOS
(P5,000,000);

WHEREAS, I, _____________, acknowledge the receipt of

FIVE MILLION PESOS (P5,000,000) from Spouses
__________________ as consideration for the sale of the
above mentioned property.

NOW THEREFORE, FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF THE

FOREGOING PREMISES, I do absolutely and unconditionally:

a. release, remise and forever discharge Spouses ____________, their

heirs, representatives, agents, or successors in interest, from any
liability arising from the sale of the subject land;

b. acknowledge that I have no cause of action, complaint, case or grievance

whatsoever against Spouses ___________, their heirs,
representatives, agents, or successors in interest and any consideration
I received shall not be taken by me or my heirs/assigns as an admission
of liability by Spouses _______________ for any and all legal
intents and purposes.

c. warrant that I will not institute any further action or complaint whether
civil, criminal, administrative or otherwise or for any other cause in
connection with the sale of the subject land, in any court or tribunal in
the Philippines or abroad against Spouses ________________,
their heirs, representatives, agents, or successors in interest, and will
not continue to prosecute any and all pending cases before the Supreme
Court, the Court of Appeals, or any court or administrative body,

including but not limited to the House and Land Use Regulatory Board
if any, against him or against the aforesaid persons and/or entities.

            In consideration of said payment, I do hereby quitclaim, release, discharge

and waive any and all actions of whatever nature, expected, real or apparent,
which I may have against Spouses _____________, their heirs,
representatives, agents, or successors in interest by reason of or arising from the
sale of land covered by Transfer Certificate Title No.____________ situated in
Barrio Balibago, Municipality of Angeles, Province of Pampanga. 

           I declare that I have read this document and have fully understood its
contents.  I further declare that I voluntarily and willingly executed this Release
Waiver and Quitclaim with full knowledge of my rights under the law.
