be token by respective nodol officers, for which the following is conveyed:-
(i) The notice for odvertisement proposed to be published in two notionol
newspopers ( English/Hindi) .

(ii) A copy of the detoiled guidelines, qs opproved, by DAC&FW.

9. Terms & Conditions:

2' The duration of the engagement of STOs/Tos can be discontinued
owing to
administrative reasons at any time by issue of one month's
notice or one
month's emoluments in lieu thereof. The STOs/TOs may
also leave the
assignment, on their own volition, by giving one month's notice.
At the end of
the contracted period, the STos/Tbs witt have n" righi to claim any
employment or engagement in the Dppes.
3. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in interview.
4' The number as well as place of posting can be changed
at the discretion of
respective competent authorities.

10. Leave:
(i) STOs/TOsare engaged on contractual basis they are not entifled for
any regular leave.
(ii) STOs/TOsare altowed to av

decided by the officer-in-charge. No right in this regard can be claimed.
(vi) The STOs/TOs shall have no legal right to claim his/her regularization/
appointment by absorption or othenrvise against any reguiar posts or
any further contractual engagement on termination of th-e period. The
engagemejt in the emp_Loyment is prrrely time=bound3on-regcar=nd_
on co-terminus basis with the DPPQS. The services of the incumbent
shall stand terminated automatically on expiry of the period given in the
sanction.
(vii) The STOs/TOsshall perform any other office work as assigned by the
officer-in-charge from time to time.
(viii) STOs/TOs are required to adhere to the administrative, financial and
disciplinary regulations of DPPQS where the incumbent is working.
Regular attendance of the srosffos may be ensured by th;
concerned officer-in-charge through bio-metric attendance system
(wherever facility available) or keeping an attendance register

(ix) The sros/Tos shall hand over thb work, files before the end of
contractual engagement on' termination of period to the concerned
Station In-charge.
(x) The sros/Tos shall setile their craims within two months.
