Screening Applications
Minimum requirements:
Attention to Detail The ability to capture every minute detail and present the work in a clear,
complete, precise and easy to understand language.
Numerical Ability The ability to perceive and process numbers and related symbols to
perform basic arithmetic operations.
Reasoning Ability The ability to reason and provide systematic solution to a given problem.
Selection team 1:
After finding them suitable for the job, send the selected candidate’s profile/CV to HR
department at the head office. Without head office’s approval the recruitment cannot go
further.
Selection team 2:
After HR team, finds them suitable, they give approval to the concerned department
(technical team) to go ahead with the recruitment.
For the following positions, Radiant will be issuing offer letters to them:
Field executive,
Team leader,
sorters,
hub incharge,
support staffs
Along with offer letter, the streetwise representative supposed to work on ID creation for the
new joinee, and there are two ways to do that, which are as follows:
To complete the ID creation, the Streetwise representatives have to collect new employee’s
KYC, and it’s the most important part in selection process.
Note: this step is mandatory, and any kind of negligence will not be tolerated.
Its streetwise representative’s responsibilities to do the reference check and inform HR dept.
on the same. Along with reference check, he/she is also responsible to do the POLICE
VERIFICATION for the new joinee.
The streetwise representative must follow up and coordinate with the HR team at the
head office for the enrollment of new jonees on Streetwise attendance system (On-
time Employee manager app).
Without this enrollment, hiring is not approved, and any kind of system failure
occurred because of a new joinee working at Branch office and not enrolled on our
attendance system, Streetwise representative will be responsible for it.
In a situation, where the vacancy is urgent and On time enrollment is taking time, the
representative has to issue an ‘OFFICE DELIVERY CODE ‘to the new joinee on his
own (representative) name.
IT’S COMPLETELY PROHIBITED TO ASSIGN AN OLD EMPLOYEE CODE TO
A NEW JOINEE.
