Walgreens (Chicago, IL): Senior Business Analyst June 2015 - Present


 Senior analyst with Walgreens’ multiple product portfolios such as Homepage, Category pages, Product Details Page, Marketing
Content pages, Login, Registration, Profile Management, Pharmacy.
o Collaborated with multiple stakeholders such as Product, Finance and Marketing to define the vision and model the
roadmap for the fiscal year. Currently managing deliverables for six engineers and one designer.
o Worked on gathering requirements by conducting multiple sessions with the stakeholders and created user stories and
Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) based on the discussions.
o Experience in building UI orchestration layer on Oracle ATG platform.
o Analyze the daily customer satisfaction report to provide actionable insights for the team, a process that assisted in
building a streamlined backlog and reducing bug fix response time by 10%.
o Articulated multiple A/B test buckets in a quarter to test new features and ideas, which in turn assisted in prioritizing

of the initiative was to allows users to clip coupons by texting any keyword at the point of purchase; Filed for pending patent for
the idea. Coupon adoption rate improved by 13%.
 Project Relief Advisor: Collaborated with an external vendor, WebMD, to define requirements in Relief Advisor for Allergy
category and introduce product recommendations based on user’s symptoms onto Walgreens.com, a project that resulted in a 3%
increase in conversion rate; Increasing downstream revenue by 1%.
 Project Login Page Redesign: Redesigned Walgreens.com login page by introducing Password-less login, allowing users to log
onto the website using One-Time-Password (OTP). Initiative helped improve the Visitor-to-Login percentage by 30%.
o Worked with the Security, Privacy and Legal team to implement Auto-Login on mobile that allowed the user to always
be in logged-in state when accessing walgreens.com on mobile.
 Project Loyalty Reward: Collaborated withloyalty rewards backend team to help develop a close-loop matching algorithm that
would connect a user that creates an in-store loyalty account with online account. Production launch of the algorithm resulted in
36% increase in match rate. Thus, increasing loyalty program adoption by 60%.
o Project Beauty Club: Led the initiative under the umbrella of loyalty reward with the objective of providing beauty
product recommendation to users that complete beauty questionnaire.

Nationwide (Columbus, OH): Tactical Planning Analyst April 2015 – June 2015
 Responsible for conceptualization, design and building 36-month product roadmap; Including driving ideation and prototyping of
MVP.
o Accountable for conducting SWOT analysis and researching insurance industry market trends.
o Conducted user-research with the objective to better understand user needs, thus helping the team to prioritize the
roadmap.
o Interviewed the stakeholders and business leaders to learn about business challenges and propose a palatable solution.
o Collaborated with engineering to T-shirt size the initiative and provide a reasonable timeline estimate for the project.

KPMG (Montvale, NJ): Business Analyst Feb 2015– April 2015


 Project Partner Rotation Systems: Responsible for revamping end-to-end lifecycle of KPMG’s internal tool; Objective of tool
was to facilitate the monitoring of partner succession, rotation, and independence requirements mandated for U.S. public
company audit engagements by Sarbanes-Oxley and the SEC.
o Responsible for defining the vision for the next generation Partner Rotation System solution.
o Leading execution of project in consultation with cross functional stakeholders such as CX/UX, legal etc.
o Conducted user acceptance testing (UAT) on the deliverable in order to provide actionable insights to engineering team.
o Adopted SCRUM model for faster delivery of features and to remove any roadblocks for CX and engineering team. User
Stories were prepared using the requirements from the iRise tool.
o Provided weekly training of features to all the stakeholders. Tool helped reduced the rule creating process.

 Project MarketEDGE: Objective of application was to design portal that could be used by the partners on the sales side of the
business for lead management.

Walgreens (Chicago, IL): Business Analyst April 2014 – Feb 2015


 Partnered with business and product owner to define the scope and requirements for the project “Walgreens Adaptive responsive
design” (WAGARD).
o It was a first redesign of Walgreens’ website in a very long time; Moved from legacy code base to Nextgen.

 During the course of the project I was responsible for the deliverables of 14 front-end engineers and 8 back-end engineers.
 Worked with the CX/ UX team to ensure that the user gets the best experience and making it technically feasible to develop

 Site redesign helped improve the customer satisfaction by a approx. 4000 base point from 2.3 to 3.4, which in turn helped
