We attend seminar in max’s restaurant to know what are the things we to consider
when we are inside the restaurant and doing the things that they assigned to us. There
Are some rules that we have to follow just like you to wear your apron, mask specially
The Hairnet and you are not allowed to use cellphone inside the laboratory and no ,
To avoid Food poisoning, we have to maintain the health of every people specially the
senior citizen and the babies. And they tour us inside the kitchen and teach us how to

On my first day, one of the workers in max’s restaurant assigned us in every station
like the bar station, frying station, cooking station and our assigned place the pantry
In every station has a mentor, a mentor who will teach you how or what are you
Going to do in your assigned station Today, our mentor is late, so been waiting for
a minute or an hour to know who will be our mentor, at last we saw our mentor we
Thought that he’s very strict and serious but not, he’s very nice and kind to us and
He’s handsome actually he discuss what are we going to do in our station and what
Will be the sense of our place, so he said that our station will be the producer of
The productin every order of the guests and we will prepare every food that we will

Oh it's my day 2 in max's, i think this will be the hardest thing that i did in here
because there's a lot of orders that we receive today and another thing, there's an
have to move faster and faster and faster cause we're preparing 40 Best plate and
the best plate is consisting of seven kinds of food like sweet potato, sizzling tofu,
lumpiang shanghai, canton, caramel bar, chicken and rice, imagine? You will do
that in 40 plate? I can't imagine that two person can do that, as fast as they can. I
salute to our two mentor. Now, i learn that every hour, minute and every second is
important, we have to move faster as we can to make the things done as soon as
possible

with the workers in there cause they are very friendly, and you will feel that you are
one of them because of how they treated you. Now, i learned that we have to be
flexible for others cause we have different attitude and manners, we need to
follow what they say and wanted because we are just a newbie and we need to
cooperate them to have a nice experience in our immersion and to have a good
