1 INTRODUCTION
1.1 PURPOSE OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT PLAN
The aim of the project is to plan and design the framed structure of a residential building.

2 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY OF PROJECT CHARTER


This project is executed as per the whims and wishes of our client. The project will start
after the formal approval of the client and signing of contract.
2.1 ASSUMPTIONS/CONSTRAINTS
The projects risk and threats are already explained to the client and after obtaining his
assent, the project will be initiated.
The timely completion of the project is depended on the weather forecast and rainy days
delays.

3 SCOPE MANAGEMENT
The project Scope is explained in the relevant section in detail.
3.1 WORK BREAKDOWN STRUCTURE
The project is divided into 6 stages.

4 SCHEDULE/TIME MANAGEMENT
The project is intended to start on April 1, 2019 and is scheduled to be completed on 2 nd
September 2019. The project manager has already ensured the client to adhere to strict
time management.
4.1 MILESTONES
The table below lists the milestones for this project, along with their estimated completion
timeframe.

4.2 PROJECT SCHEDULE
Project is intended to start on April 1, 2019 and is scheduled to be completed on 2 nd
September 2019.

4.2.1 Dependencies
The timely completion of the project is depended on weather forecast and rainy days loss
of work is already incorporated in the time schedule.

5 COST/BUDGET MANAGEMENT
The project is not constrained by time or financial resources.
Total cost is $ 158,816 /-

6 QUALITY MANAGEMENT
The Quality management is addressed by making sure that site supervisor is available all
the time on site. Furthermore, construction manager, project manager and procurement
manager are required to submit weekly reports on projects work done to ensuring
maximum monitoring and evaluation of the project.

7 HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT


The human resource e.g. labor and staff are bound under the contract to perform their
duties till the performance of the contract is complete.

8 RISK MANAGEMENT
To avoid risks associated with the construction project, proper monitoring and evaluation
reports on weekly basis are to be submitted to the client and project manager by site
supervisor and construction manager. For quality controls and risk management, material
is procured from authorized dealers and good quality material is procured.

9 PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT
Project Procurement Manger is assigned to procure best quality and material as
prescribed by the Engineer.

10 COMPLIANCE RELATED PLANNING


Construction will be done according to the instructions enlisted by the Peshawar
Development Authority to avoid legal complications.
