LAND ENDOWMENT CONTRACT

In consideration of the covenants and agreements contained in this contract, it is

hereby pledged by the herein signatories:

THAT we, the son(s) and daughter(s) of Mr. and Mrs. JOSE DE VERO, SR, have
obtained a parcel of land at ________________________________________________
through inheritance from our herein parents with an area of
____________________________;

THAT we initiate will full intention, and with all rights and legal capacity to
endow our respective, proportionate shares, to our brother JOSE DE VERO, JR. without
any reservations;

THAT in representation of our deceased brothers RODOLFO DE VERO and

REDANDO DE VERO, their descendants and/or children shall take part in the execution
of this contract;

THAT from our endowed shares, our brother shall acquire in full, the whole parcel
of land with all legal rights and capacity, including but not limited to the full acquisition
of the land title, as well as his rights of succession for his descendants (children) and/or
legal spouse;

THAT this agreement and/or contract shall serve as the waiver of our rights and
privileges over the said parcel of land with our proportionate shares;

THAT we do not intend to retract, but rather, we fully commit to be bound by all
of the terms and conditions of this contract;

THAT we further consent that our ascendants and descendants shall be bound by
this contract and/or agreement, thereby no other actions of redeeming or reclaiming or
repossession shall be made in the future time;

THAT we attest to the genuineness, regularity and validity of this contract as well
as our signatures herein.
