Terms of Use
2. Measure the 1 inch or 4 cm test square on the 4th pattern page to make sure you’re printing the correct
size. Do not scale or fit any of the pages.
3. To print only the size(s) you need using PDF Layers, follow the instructions on page 5.
4. Each page is ordered 1-16 as in the diagram below. This tutorial is highly recommended as a quick and
efficient way to arrange the pattern and attach the pages using glue. Do not cut off the grey border, but
trim to it before piecing the pattern
wrong sidepages together.
5. Cut along your size(s) lines indicated in the size key (on the 4th pattern page). You may prefer to trace
your size onto tracing paper and then cut it out. Transfer all markings to your fabric.
6. If you prefer to print the instructions and would like to save paper, it is recommended that you print the
instruction pages 6-16 in booklet format.

Using Layers in Adobe Reader, print only the size(s) you need using these instructions.
1. Once the pattern is open in Adobe Reader, find and select the Layers
button on the left column of the screen.
2. Press the eye symbol to deselect the sizes you do not want to print.
3. Make sure ‘Borders, Titles, Numbers, etc.’, and the sizes you need are all
selected. Print. (in this example, sizes 2, 3, and 5 would print)
